mini 3 axis cnc router woodworking machine
the gantry itself is made with a heavy aluminum plate you won't see any composite materials or any other type plastics on this machine, other than maybe a cover to make these frame part smooth smoothly. we use precision contour guide rails and bearing trucks and we also use precision ground ball screws in all the axis. that's why we get such great edge finishes and such smooth movement . we put an aluminum t-slot table on it, that gives you a lot of flexibility, and how you fixed your parts for machining.
1. Ruggedly constructed machine structure. Material is Stress relieved and annealed for deformation free,thus always keep machine accurate.
2. Machine base is produced by CNC machine, and machine base's five sides are produced at one same procession to make sure the machine body geometry tolerance is standard.
3. The unique reality of the 3-axis screw, the machining accuracy is more accurate.
4. The router spindle is very high precision and water-cooled. which keeps the spindle at a constant temperature and maintains longevity.
5. The router spindle is moved in the three axes by precision ball screw system that are controlled by the machine controller.
6. Provide five basic types of router bits:These are the standard router bits that are commonly used with handheld routers and are readily available at home centers.
