From Minnesota-based The Pinske Edge, the Edge Butler is a simple tool that lowers downtime in the shop.
Edgebander operators simply attach edge band to the butler, place all butlers needed for the day on the cart, and then wheel the cart to the edgebanding station.
"No more walking back and forth to grab the next band color," says the company. "The stand is fully adjustable to accommodate various heights, and the butlers are different sizes to accommodate each band’s width and thickness."
Butlers come in 13" and 16" sizes.
Pinske offers a packaged deal consisting of one cart and 20 butlers for $1,530. Customers can also buy butlers and carts individually.
The cart is fully adjustable and can hold up to 10 butlers.
The Edge Butler is a recent winner of a 2021 AWFS Visionary Award.
The Pinkse Edge is an employee-owned company and fabricator of surfaces in multiple materials including solid surface, natural stone, quartz, and specialty surfaces. The company serves both the residential and commercial markets. It also runs a tool division.
