Microsoft released security updates and non-security updates for all client and server versions of Windows on the June 2022 Patch Day.
Other Microsoft products, including Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Office, have received security updates as well.
The security updates are available already. Administrators may download them from Windows Update or by using update management services and products, including WSUS. The cumulative updates for Windows are also provided as direct downloads.

Windows installs security updates automatically on most Home PCs. Update checks are run regularly, and any important update is downloaded and installed automatically on these devices.
Device administrators may speed up the installation by checking for updates manually.

I am still quit found of Windows 7. This because its quit steady in main opinion. I have worked with it with much more pleasure than vista, windows 8, windows 8.1, the millennium edition, etc. Personally I think that for me Windows 10 works great.
Hopefully Windows 11 and windows 12 will became not a new chapter to the long line of operating system versions from the Redwood company who missed the plank/bath completely, like the ones I mention here before.
Those June updates patches fixed the follina and dogwalk vulnerabilities?
Bit of a novice. Made the registry change a few weeks ago to protect against the Follina exploit. Do you need to unroll that registry change before installing the latest update?

A strange Mobile Hotspot issue occurs after the KB5014697 update
For example, after installing the update, open the Mobile hotspot and connect to this network with your mobile phone, your Laptop internet will be cut off instantly. But Mobile hotspot will continue to broadcast. It seems they made a mistake, allowing only one connection type. My test system is an old laptop (8-9 years old) with Windows 11.
As usual, Microsoft continues to release updates without proper testing. The only way to fix the error is to remove the new update, for this, run CMD with administrator privileges and give the following command
+1 Had to uninstall the KB5014697 update to use my laptop as hotspot. There is even ping working, including DNS. But no internet for browsers and messengers. Shame to Microsoft.
